Our Story
It was December 12, 2012 in Waukesha, WI when Ed Nuedling decided to start to his own construction and landscaping business. He had been working for another company, successfully leading crews on various concrete and landscaping jobs and knew in his heart that he could provide these services on his own realizing complete control over projects and profits. During the infancy of Ed’s company he had also started a family and being in charge of his own income and health benefits pushed him to establish NE3 LLC. The first piece of equipment NE3 bought to use for landscaping jobs was a Bobcat skid loader. This skid loader has reliably worked on 100’s of NE3 projects and along with Ed’s professionalism and determination NE3 LLC has grown into the reputable, dependable company it is today.
NE3 Services
NE3 started out providing various construction, landscaping and snow removal services in Waukesha county and over the last few years has started to shift and focus on concrete installations including: beautiful stamped/textured/decorative concrete for patios and walkways, concrete coating services, common concrete flatwork for driveways and sidewalks, concrete retaining walls, and outdoor landscape lighting. NE3 accepts cash, check and all major credit cards.

NE3’s many years of successful concrete installations around Waukesha county has allowed them to become a bonded concrete contractor for Waukesha city. Being bonded allows Waukesha city to hire NE3 for new sidewalks, curbs, driveways, any concrete needs that the city has. Concrete jobs performed for the city need to meet precise quality and grading standards which speaks to the caliber of work NE3 provides.
